- Firearm ships. The seller ships the firearm to D2 SPORTS & OUTDOORS in DECATUR, AL.
- Complete ATF Form 4473. Visit the FFL, fill out the ATF 4473, and pass the NICS background check.
- Pay the transfer fee. The transfer fee is paid at pickup.
